Its not everyone that gets to drive round in plastic panels...and when they are covered in minor/medium swirls the black paint just doesn't catch your eye one bit.
Damean contacted me via the Meguiars forum and asked about getting his Roadster de-swirled. Needless to say he was a little apprehensive regarding the plastic panels...but we had some fun toying with his nerves! lol
Here's the Roadster on arrival:
After washing using the two bucket method, and drying off with the Megs Water Magnet we took the car into the garage and started to test our way into correcting his swirl marks.
Using the 4inch polishing pad on the PC and Meguiars Speed Glaze we gently removed the swirls and some of the RDS's in the paint. Due to the nature of the construction I didn't push to remove the minor RDS's. Next was a layer of Meguiars Hand Polish, then Meguiars Polymer Sealant before topping by hand with DP Max Wax.... Tyres treated with Optimum Tyre Shine!
