Here is the link: I think that this looks just like the Shmitt. Did ADAM'S help develop the Shmitt??

Foam Wash Pad - Adams Premium Car Care Products

Foam Wash Pad
Catalog No : FWP
Price : $12.95

Once you use our new Foam Wash Pad, you'll never use the old acrylic or wool mitt again. The Foam Wash Pad is a multi-purpose foam mitt that uses soap-retaining foam to wash the car. As a bonus, the back side of the Foam Pad is great for scrubbing bugs off without scratching. The Foam Wash Pad utilizes material that has already been proven safe and effective on vehicle surfaces. I love this new product, and personally helped develop it. Scratch less, and use less Car Wash too!"

It definitely is! I've noticed before that Adam's sells Edge pads and I guess they sell ShMitts now too. They sell all the products without mentioning the Edge brand name though.

All I can say is that it certainly looks like the same product.
And, it's available for $11.95 from the Detail City Store.

Yes guys, that is the ShMiTT and I want to be very very clear, Adam and Adam's polishes in no way developed, co-developed, or was involved in the creation of the ShMiTT wash mitts. I have discussed this with Adam himself and that statement will be removed from their website immediatly. I will say that Adam did get us thinking about wash mitts when he asked us to make a lambswool washmitt out of our buffing pad lambswool which is super soft even softer than the wool he was using in his washmitts. We produced several prototype samples but we did not like any of them because the wool caught and trapped all the dirt, the hairs wound up and laid down quickly, the wool got caught in the emblems and windshield wipers, and the mitt was very heavy when wet and left alot of soap and solution on the ground instead of the car. We also did not like they way if felt on the hand like a wet moldy bag. We therefore dropped the project and decided not to make just another bad wool wash mitt. After several more weeks of thinking about how bad the wool and lambswool style wash mitts were and visiting several detail shops to see what they were using, we started a new project to find a better material to wash cars. That led us to foam, waffle foam, edge design, and finally on the ShMiTT. This was done without any involvement from Adam or Adams Polishes until we actually had a working prototype which we asked Adam to test and he did. The rest is history, but it must be clear for obvious legal reasons that Adam and Adam's Polishes did not develop or co-develop the ShMiTT or any other Edge or Dedication To Detail products.
