This is a 1990 Buick Lesaber that I'm trying to help clean up for a friend. In this picture, are the white spots (not rust spots) oxidation or clear coat failure?
If you think it's oxidation, do you think it's fixable? I do have a PC 7424 and different pads, and I'm not against using sandpaper, I just don't know how to fix it.
