Is this a good pressure washer?

I am thinking of buying it....my budget is kind of tight and I wash my care once a week, would this be ok for that? I value the expert opinions here.

For what you are going to be doing that should be fine....I have a kartcher (sp) that looks much like that one and have had no problems with it
