Is there a way to .....

I scrape off a small amount using a butter knife, spread it evenly on the pad. It goes a long way for me..

Natty's packaging is great for adapting to use with the PC...the jar has no rim around the lip as many do. I occasionally do Natty's by PC as follows: Take a piece of clean plastic wrap, approx 12x12" and lay it out on a flat surface like the kitchen counter. Next, run a thin knife blade around the edges of the wax in the jar. Center the plastic wrap over the jar and turn it over and smooth out the plastic wrap. A few sharp taps on the bottom of the jar should loosen the wax round onto the plastic. Lift the jar off the wax. Bring the edges of the platic together and reinsert the wax into the jar, fold ing the extra plastic on the top and replace the lid. When ready to wax via PC, lift the Natty's out by the plastic, hold the plastic covered bottom of the wax firmly and spread open the plastic, exposing the top of the wax round. Rub a single circle of wax on the finishing pad already mounted on the PC and you're good to go. Bring the plastic back up around the wax and reinsert into the jar until you need to reload the pad. I have found there is adeqaute room in a new jar of Natty's to accomodate the plastic wrap with no problem. This adaptation still lets you use the wax on a standard applicator as well.

Or you could just use a regular applicator to apply it to the PC pad. You'll need a applicator to get into some spots were you can't get with the PC anyway. :D

A more even coat is all I can think of. Preference could be a big one too, if you're used to applying liquid waxes with your pc then a paste wax would feel more natural if it was applied in the same way.

My hands hurt sometimes after applying wax by hand becuase they aren't all that flexible but on the other hand, I do feel confident that everything is protected. I looooove Natty's though. I used it in the sun yesterday with absolutly no problems with removal! It looks like past wax isn't popularanymore in the recent years but i consider it some psychological bonding time with my car :rofl I've never used a paste with the PC but it is nice tool to get a nice thin coat of ex-p!

Call me crazy, but couldn't you apply it by hand and have the PC right by your side. Once done applying by hand go over it with the PC? Sounds like a big time waster but may help with wasting product! :dunno Of course spread a little on the pad before starting, but it may work ok!

I usually do it by hand and with the PB PVA's , but wanted to try with pc. Yes ....Boss I know i need to cut the small stuff in by hand......lol

Only reason I was asking was to get it worked in a little better and save some time on application .

I tought about the deodorant type of applicator to rub on pad's for some time now , but never brought it up to Steve as to he has so many people telling him what to do and mfg. already......LOL
