Is PS21S and S100 the same?

I see what your saying by this comment alone they say there is not a noticable difference.

Meaning if there is any difference you'll never notice it.
 
The differences are most likely ingredients which comprose irrelevant things like colour and scent. Though I'm only speculating. No one can know for sure. But based on their latest email, I think that would be a safe guess.
