Is my Natty's blue toast?

hey guys, i emailed steve over Poorboys and he said it was fine. I believe that my description of the wax was very bad and that led him to believe it was fine.

Since i cant describe *anything* correctly in words I will let the picture do the talking. I left the wax in storage last summer and it is HOT in Florida, just wondering if the wax is still good to use. Feels a little hard

Heres a picture of it: What do you guys think :nixweiss

The spot in the middle is the spot i rubbed my finger on. The wax is hard, but when i rub my finger on it, its pretty greasy. Dont know if its ruined or not.

If i tried it out on a car, how would i know if it went bad??

Thanks again for the help everyone!

Jim

Sweet, Thanks alot guys! I feel alot better now!

Woulda been painful to throw that away  , cant believe it stood up to the Florida summer!

Jim

Man thats good to know its ok....

yea i do love the stuff too. how much moisture is on your applicator when you guys apply it?

How do you prime your applicator, i think i use too many sprays of water when i apply it....??

Jim

whats up josh!, i dont have any of that, would a spray of water do the trick?

oh by the way i gotta talk to you about next sunday, i will post it in the meetup thread we have.

It looks like mine does. I always rub my finger on the entire top before putting the applicator on it and giving it a good 90 degree turn. That way, I feel like a good amount of wax is applied to the pad!

Looks fine to me as well. I love this stuff being so hard actually. I can just turn it over into my hand and rub the bottom of the block on my PC pad. And you hardly need any, I just rub it lightly 2-3 times and I'm good to go.

If it couldn't stand up to the Florida heat in the jar at 2" thick with a lid on it, I'd hate to think how it would stand up on your paint at a few molecules thick in the full sun...
