Is it ok to polish outside with your PC?

Dont have a garage so I was wondering if it was ok. The polish bottle doesnt say no to do it outside. I just want to be sure.

Polishing outside is OK... but most products work better out of direct sun, especially if direct sun will cause the vehicle panels to be too hot. Try to find at least partial shade IMO.

Yeah shade would be great, but I never worked outside on my car before unless it's window cleaning. If I were you, maybe you should work the PC on small sections at a time to reduce the polish from drying out quickly.

I use my PC outside all the time. I've got too much crap in the garage. Anyway, just make sure and use sun safe polishes...i.e. Optimum, or Poorboys.

Yeah, you'll be fine......I've always worked outside as the garage is just a li'l too small for working "around" the car.

Good tip from Macruz19 though - stick to one panel at a time (especially in hot weather)

Working outside is fine.

If you are forced to, use Optimum products and you will acheive 'garage-like' results, if there is such a thing....

Yep, no problem polishing outside, just find some shade if at all possible or make sure you use products that are ok to apply in direct sunlight.
