Iron X

I was looking at a decontamination product like the Iron-X for use on my vehicle. I have read multiple reviews saying that this was a good product, But I have read somewhere that the product should be kept away from raw iron sources i.e. calipers/rotors. However, I have seen multiple posts as people using this as a wheel cleaner... what about the warning from the rotors? Do people just not worry about it? Do they just avoid it as much as possible?

Usually we are pulling wheels, but have used it on installed wheels when only coating the faces. No issues. 


 


On paint, we wash, do a quick drying of the paint, apply Iron X, foam over the Iron X and wash with mitts again.
