Yeah, I don't know. I clean out my pad after every section. I tried a Lake Country yellow cutting pad and a Rupes course microfiber pad. I used 3-4 pea sized drops per section. I also tried less, and I tried more. I mostly did 3-4 passes per section, then tried 2 passes. Seemed like no matter what I did it would almost like bond itself to the paint and I would have to rub like hell to get it off. I even tried spritzing it with ONR at detail spray dilution and Eraser and neither helped much. I ended up doing 2 passes on a section and then dabbed 2 pea size drops of AAT Finishing polish on the same pad quickly going over the same section once or twice. At that point I was able to wipe it pretty clean. I also was able to do a few more sections after that without going over it with the finishing polish before I had to do that again.
I've gotta experiment with it more. I was really hoping I could throw my half bottle of 105 that I have left out, but after using this stuff for the first time it didn't seem that much more user friendly. Or maybe I just suck at using compounds. One thing I did notice is I was using my Flex Kompakt with a wool cutting pad on some smaller sections and curves that I couldn't get a 5.5" pad in and I didn't seem to have as hard of a time wiping it off when using that. Everything else was done with my Rupes.
