Inital Thoughts: Sonus Tire & Bumper Dressing Gel

It's has seen a good amount of rain. This was just me hitting it with the hose to get an update pic for beading properties.
 
Excellent review and updates Doc! I look forward to seeing how long it lasts. I'm a huge Ultima, Four Star, Sonus fan so I always appreciate a great review on one of their products. They make some great ones. :nod:

Yes I feel it is capable of actually restoring the "new" look on faded plastic unlike UTTG, altho I haven't tried it on anything severly faded yet. I think that the durability may not hold out as long as UTTG but that may be the trade off for the darkening effect altho time will tell of it's durability and it may end up being similar.

At this point I am sold on this product at least for just those "wash and wax jobs" that don't warrant something like C4 as it is very affordable.

That about Sonus layered with UTTG? Think the UTTG would lock in the darkening of the Sonus? Both Polycharged products so you would think they would be compatible.

That's a very good possibility. But for now I want to see how long it last on its own. If the sonus doesn't last too long I may give it a shot but I would much rather stick to using one product rather than 2.
 
Still going strong but the beads have seemed to flatten a bit. This has been hit buy a lot of road salt/brine(it was actually white b4 I rinsed it off) this past week and some rain last week. Still looks really nice.

I am actually impressed it has held up thru the winter weather thus far.
