Information organization

How do you organize your customers info? Names and phone numbers, scheduling, maintenance contracts? Do you have a favorite program that you use? Google calendar? Business smartphone? Old fashion paper filing system?



I am starting a mobile detailing business and this is one aspect that I have yet to hammer out.
 
I just keep all mine in an excel spreadsheet. I tried messing around with MS Access, but it's just getting way too annoying.
 
I use Quickbooks for customer info and billing, works great because I can buy window envelopes and print receipts that are ready to mail. All contacts are synced to my Treo Pro for scheduling and directions using Google Maps.
