IMG hazing

I'm having some stubborn hazing after applying Imperial Hand Glaze to my black car. I wipe it off and it seems to reappear in about 10 seconds in the same or a different spot. I think I'm done and look again and there's still plenty more spots that i thought i already got (?) What should i do?

I stopped using glaze especially since I started using Klasse. I do have a lot of IHG left.If I go back to it again I'm going to try #7. I also have a black car and I found the streaking was worst if I over applied it. Making several wipes with a mf and a qd like Meg's Final Inspection should eventually eliminate the streaks.
