I'm just not a "Winter" person....

I am no big fan of winter either!

This morning it was so cold the furnace kicked on AND there was dew all over the car :(

I had to wait until 10am until the grass had dried out enough to mow :toetap05:

If that's not bad enough the weather guy said it would be cloudy most of the week

Yuk!

You @#$%^&*!!! I'm gonna @#$%^&*!!! And furthermore..... *%#$%^&*^$%$#@!!!!!!:devil::devil::devil::devil:

Another guy from Boston that loves the winter. Trick is to keep yourself entertained all winter and I do that well.

*Snow* Tomorrow,Possibly

Hello All/
My friend told me that the *Weather Channel* is talking a possible *Snow Storm* for us.We're about 80/Miles North of New York City.
We both work for N.Y.S. Dept of Transportation. So we'll be plowing the State Roads. It's good if we get the Snow on the Weekend,as it's *All Overtime*/:clap:..But at 61/yrs. old,and lived here all my life,I'm not liking the Snow anymore/:( .Hopefully in 2/yrs. Patti and I will move out of NYS [Land of Taxes & Greed]/:toetap05:/:devil:
and hopefully move *South*/:Dancing Dot:!! Where?,I'm not sure yet.We have time to think about it.Now,on the other hand,*Buffalo* is in the Snow Belt Area and also gets the *Lake Effect Snow*.The member who posted here is absolutely right about that. They have tough winters w/Cold & alot
of Snow. Please,Keep a spot Open for me and the Mrs. down South...Take Care.
Regards/
Raymond

Buffalo winters are miserable, everyone is cranky and there is not much to do but sit around inside.

You've got Anchor Bar wings, Bocce Club pizza and beef on weck. At least you can eat well while you wait for the lake to freeze over. :w00t:

TL <--- Jan '77 got out by the time it hit 25 inches Can't imagine what 76" was like!

I am so glad the week of winter is past and we are back to our 75-80 degree days. Although - today the wife made me go outside and dig weeds most of the day and that wasn't exactly what I had in mind for the day, but at least the garden looks a bit better.:Innocent:

It's been in the upper 20's in the morning and during the day in the upper 40's.................all I want to do is Sleep

yeah i was in cocoa beach last week and we only saw 2 days in the 70's... but i love the change of seasons.i lived in houston for like three years and no change of season was strange to me.

Right now it's 36 degrees.

Too freakin cold :(

Supposed to warm up to 42 today :partaaay:

We already hit our high for today, 15. It's supposed to start dropping and we have a projected high from today through sunday of about 5!!

Oh and we could get 7" of snow on top of the foot we already have on the ground.

Enough already.

What ever happened to "Mild" winters here in the midwest?!!! I've seen years here in KC when I could detail and work outside all winter long!!! Not this year, I'm hibernating. (This is upsetting, I'm calling Al Gore to get to the bottom of this.)

I know, VERY seldom have I had to go more than a week without being able to wash the cars. It's depressing.

It's nearly impossible to wash cars in this weather, although, with ONR, it can easily be done in a garage. Just be sure not to take the car outside until the cracks, crevices and door locks are THOROUGHLY DRY! Otherwise, your doors will be frozen shut!

Okay, I've drug my feet for long enough, I think it's time I order some of this ONR. I am just nervous to "wash" a really dirty car without using the conventional method, but I think with this weather and with all the rave reviews, I think I'll break down and try it.

Life is rough....Been in Key West for the past 2 days, its been chilly with highs only in the low 60s. :Dancing Dot:

Heading to Sebring today as a friend will be doing some SCCA racing over the next few days. Riding in a 42' motor coach, stunning views on the way north.

The key for washing a really dirty car with ONR:

1. Pre-soak with a spray bottle of ONR.

2. Use LOTS of water. (Yes, it will leave a mess on your garage floor, but your car won't have scratches.)

After you use it once, you won't be nervous anymore!

Detailed Image has it for $11.99/32oz or $32.99/gallon.:)

By lots, please expand! I bought a grit guard along with it that I'll be using, but do you still use the two bucket method with it, in addition to the grit guard?

Thanks Bill.
