looks beautiful!:up :D

quick question though, since i have no real experience with zaino yet or any synthetic "waxes", does the paint feel super smooth and slick after u finish ur last payer of Z2 like it would with more natural waxes like Meguiars?

really smooth...like acrylic....but smoother....i dont have any experince with meguiar's waxes.....but friend only uses meguiars products on all his cars......and there's no way any of his cars is head and shoulders above the zaino....i actually think its a little slicker feeling....definitely looking...but others will disagree....most of my other friends all use AIO...there cars are awesome too...i just wanted to give the zaino a try....and i love it!!!

it's really smooth after the Z6...like glass

Zaino is superslick and probably slicker than Meguiar's. Furthermore, it stays slick for a much longer period of time. Zaino's slickness will last even longer if you wash with Z-7 and QD with Z-6 after each wash. There really is no comparison to anything that meguiar's can provide.

I use Klasse and Zaino on my cars and they both provide protection that is on a level above Meguiar's.

Excellent.

And, it will get better with more coats. I suggest letting several days do by between coats . . . allows for better curing.

Z6 on today......then probably thur/fri....some more Z6 and Z2.....i want to try and get in 3 or 4 more before it gets too cold....and i still have to do my girls 97 honda CRV...never been waxed or anything but car washed...lots of claying to do....smr etc...

thx

I finally sold my daily driver......

After 12 good years, it was time to say goodbye.....

A Black Acura 3.2 TL.......(adios mi amigo)

Enter my new ride.......

A used, sweet White Acura 3.2 RL..........

It's only been a few days and I can't believe how cool white looks when it's not washed. I've had this permagrin and my wife wants to know what's up.......

I'll never buy another black vehicle again...........

Like I have always said " you can scratch a black car with a baby diaper "
When I sell my black Cobra Mustang ,I dont think I will have another black car.....too much fustration !

I used to own a black 02' Acura TL-S. I wound up giving that to my brother and got a pearl white 08' Lexus IS350. I absolutely do not regret the color change. :)

Congratulations !!!

I have had 3 new Acura's in the past and the '05 Pearlescent Blue RL was certainly the prettiest.

You are going to like the paint work since the Factory, color sanded the paint for you.

The cars drive and handle just wonderfully too ! If its an early model like ours, it was probably fully loaded, Nav, DVD-AUDIO, Bluetooth, lots of great things, and it recognizes something like over 200 voice commands - but no bad language :):):)

Enjoy !!

Yup - "boring white" is easier to hide minor defects. I've owned two black cars and they were a major pain in the...so what did my wife do a few ago? Got rid of the 18 year old black car for a new Moonlit Blue car - it's a shade above black! What a pain, again!

On the other hand, I got a pearl white car for my daily driver (I used to drive 1,000 miles a week) and it always looks better than the dark car, even though the dark one has fewer flaws - they just stick out like a sore thumb.

Take a look at my post from a couple weeks ago re: BF Midnight Sun on white:

That's what I found, a pearl white RL........

It rained today and it looks like I just washed it.........:Dancing Dot:

Edit: When I first brought the car home and got it washed up, one of the emblems came loose at one end and I decided to remove it to clean up old residue.....

Here is what I found.......

There was a raised area of old adheasive along with some dirt. I decided to get as much off by hand before I polish the whole car next week. With the help of a small piece of phenolic and some Goo-gone with an old favorite, HT EPC and a micro fiber towel I got most of it off fairly easily. I added a few dabs of M105 to a fresh corner of the towel and after a little buffing the surface was smooth and clean in less than a minute. In the sunlight, only a slight outline remains......

I'll get that knocked out when it get's a machine treatment soon......
