Hey All,
I have a Alpine White 2007 335i that I maintain as my DD, the paint was in ok shape when I bought it new (about 6 months ago) I have since polished out all the swirls from the paint with my Flex, IP and an orange LC, followed by FPII and White LC.
While the swirls are gone, the paint on the hood has what almost appear to be pits in it and it is even worse on the bumper. In the First and last pic is the hood and it almost looks like dust, but they are in the Clear coat. The second pick is the bumper, I had not polished it when I had taken this pic.
I would imagine that it might be too hard to try and remove all these without compromising the clear coat but thought maybe I could get some opinions on what they are and if I should try and remove them...
I am pleased with how the car looks overall: 3rd and 4th pics, but BMW still has some OP issues with their painting system...
