Idea on making PU shiny?

I bought a lip for my car and its PolyUrethane. at first I thought it matches my sideskirts and rear skirts but its a lot more shinier. seems like its been painted black before but it didn't.



So my question is... is there a way to make my sideskirts and rear skirts as shiny as the front lip? or would I have to paint them all?
 
The shine you are seeing is probably clear coat. That is something that you can't really duplicate with polishes or waxes. I've polished cars without clear coats before and they just never even really look close to what I want. You probably might as well paint it and get a clear coat so it will match better.
