I'd Like Steam Like the CSI

I was thinking of getting a steamer to use in cracks and crannies, crusty stuff and what-not.
This is what I was thinking of.
I'm in a commercial setting, so time is an issue. Will this be helpful, useful, wonderful, my dreams come true?
 
I have something similar (mines yellow)
It's not a bad unit, I used it for some heaver greased or soiled areas.

^Looks like a cool rig, but I don't have CostCo anywhere nearby.
In general, are these helpful, useful products?
 
I got the one from Costco as well, I paid $61.63 total, that includes shipping. You don't have to be member to order from their website. I used it this past weekend on a Tahoe that sits under a tree 350 days out of the year. I actually used it on the exterior to blast some of the crap out of the trim around the fender wells and it worked great. I'm not a commercial user, so I don't know the lifespan of the product, but it has worked great so far.
 
A quick note to those replying, Brenton (PEI) is in Canada, so whatever is being recomended, take into consideration, shipping cost to over the border.

Not just shipping cost. They simply won't do it (same as Hawaii and Alaska).
Does anyone thing steamers for seams, cracks & caked on crud are worth it?

I would like to know too. Could be handy around the house as well, better than using chemicals if they work.
