I wrote this for my friends at Tundra Solutions is where you can research, discuss, price and repair your Toyota, Scion or Lexus b/c I always saw people using incorrect procedures and I always had questions of how to correct them.



I know that the article doesent go into 100% detail, but tell me what you think.

I only quickly skimmed, but didn't see any mention of the two-bucket method.



Nice write-up otherwise. Should help novices quite a bit.

I always do the rims/tires first, why do it the other way?

I know that the two bucket method was not mentioned, but this write-up was written for people that were detailing for the first time. No marr-free wash needed if you are just going to polish it. I am doing a follow-up writeup on interior and maintnence in the near future.



I usually do my rims/tires last. I dont know why, but I do. Just bad learning I guess. I think it may be b/c I use the leftover soapywater from washing for the rims/tires.
