I Try NXT Paste Wax

My arm is killing me from trying remove this stuff its very hard to get thin layers. Try using my PC to apply the wax which help alot with getting thin layers of wax down but I won't be using NXT wax again.

I have used NXT paste wax and my experience has been the polar opposite of yours. I find it even easier than S100 to apply. I used a foam applicator. I've tried their supplied applicator and the Handi-Grip (?) foam applicator. Also buffed off with no drama. I had more trouble with NXT Speed Detailer which streaked on me. I had to buff more and use 2 towels for it.

I used NXT paste for the first time today, I was very happy with it. I loved the smell, I applied it via PC and had no problems at all. It buffed off as easy as S100 (P21s) and had a great shine. It also has filling properties which help to minimize paint flaws.

I tried it today; it's hard to use in colder temps, IMO. Still, even where it was caked a bit I had no problems removing it cleanly.

Yeah, I used it for the first time yesterday on a mercedes and applied it with a foam applicator and it came off fine. It worked well, don't know that I was too impressed with the depth but it isn't a caranuba.

I definitely understand how it isnt going to be good for some people. But I always wonder why. The only other thing it could be is if you dont wait long enough before you remove the wax. Ive only used Nxt liquid, and its pretty hard to remove if you dont wait for 10+ or so minutes to remove.

NXT Paste: apply to whole car, wait, then buff off. I don't know if it stains trim.

S100: apply to a section, buff off, move on to next panel. No trim stains to worry about.

Overall effort is roughly equal. Both go on equally easy and buff off with minimal effort (unlike other Meguiar's waxes I've tried). I find it essential to add another step to NXT application though. I always need to QD after application or else NXT plainly underwhelms. It looks nothing special. QD'ing improves the appearance which improves further on the next day (curing?).

Removing NXT was difficult lol ?

It is advised to apply waxes and sealants as thin as possible, with this in mind, NXT removes very easy.

I remember back in the day, i tried some TW...holy crap, my arm was killing me then, and i was in very good shape lol. Also perhaps the reason i didnt wax any of my vehicles in the last 12 years ....I figured they all were like that.

Maybe I did not know how to apply NXT but I do detailing for a living. It was little cold when I apply the NXT on my Benz, maybe I just need to try again. I try these new waxes but I alway seem to go to back to S100.

Oh my, I know the feeling. I came outside one day and my dad had covered his whole van with TW...it took a LONG time to get off...I hate that stuff

How does everyone like the NXT paste anyhow? is it worth buying?

Man, I hope it dont stain my trimming. I used s21,s100 aand Nattys ,so far those 3 wax didnt stain my trim. I ordered NXt paste, I should get by next Weds....and try that ***** by next weekend(God pray hopefully there no more snow storm here).
