Since my car came back from the shop a complete mess I thought I would spend the weekend doing a full detail with some added new products. LC Deluxe pad kit, WG Deep Gloss. In all today about 8hrs work. I washed with Meg's Gold Class, Spot clayed with Pinnacle bars & spray. I started spot polishing with SSR2.5 on LC Orange pad. Overalll I was impressed with this combo. I had issues with overspray and swirls left by the repair shop. Following 2.5 I spot polished with SSR1 on the LC white pad. Overall I wasn't as pleased with this combo. I would like to try the SSR1 with an orange pad. I then proceeded to apply a full coat of PwC on white pad. As always PwC left a fantastic shine. After PwC I applied a coat of WG Deep Gloss Sealant. This stuff went on with ease and a little went along way. Not to mention it was a breeze to remove. The biggest pain was the heavy dusting by all but WG. I think it was do to working in the DIRECT sunlight so the heat was intense. It was about 90 today. Felt like 100.
ONe possible problem I have is will there be bonding issues since PwC has carb in it and I applied a sealant after?
Tomorrow I plan on applying a layer of Liquid Souveran.
OK well hear are some pics.

In case anyone was curious I used BnB X2 on the tires and TR in the wheel wells.

You might have some bonding issues, personally if I was going to put a sealant on I wouldn't use PwC just for that reason. I do love how PwC works and looks, you should have just topped it with your LS. As for using TR in the wheel wheels that seems to be a bit of a waste. I'd just be using some F21 or AA there instead.

Your Altima looks great regardless, your work is perfect. Black in Florida though? I know I couldn't handle that, wow.

The one or two days of having 3D glowing paint is well worth the hassle. Black is by far my favorite colour.

Detail looks really nice. Altimas, although a dime a dozen really have a styling that explains why. Looks great!

Using the TR is not a waste. A little goes along way. Small dab of TR pretty much took care of the whole wheel well.
I wasn't thinking when I picked I started using the PwC. Its always my polish of choice so I just reached for it and started using it. Then Thought what the hell I give it a shot and see how it all comes together.
Using the California Duster I can keep the depth going for a couple of days. After that its just really shiny.
I just finish applying a coat of LS this morning. The camera I'm using now doesn't produce a good depth in pictures. If I have bonding issues so be it. I'm sold on using WGDG & LS. I would be happy to apply again soon.
