Wow... cool mods! I really like the smoked sidemarkers and taillights, Alcantara (?) inserts on the leather and armrest, and the wheels. Are they Hamann PG2s?

well the seats are Katzkin with suede inserts, but the arm rest and door inserts I had Stitchcraf custom make those for me, cause black leather door inserts just didn't look right with suede inserts on the seats, as for my rims they are 18" Oettinger RZ's similar to PG2's, but PG2's are made for BMW which have a 5 x 120 bolt pattern, and my VW has a 5 x 112 pattern so they can't fit.

Just purchased my 1.8T in September and haven't done anything but wash it. I'd like to get something on it to give it a little umph. What Einszett products did you use? I just read something that said the Glanz isn't good for new paint. Do you know anything about this?

jdub, please give us your opinions on einzett glanz wax!! I hear real good things about it and would like to know your thoughts on how it compares to the other sealants, durability, upkeep ect...

Thanks.:up

I have a 2002 Corvette convertible. The black cloth top had oxidized to blackish grey and looked crappy when I had to put it up. Found a safe waterbased DIY kit from convertibletoprenew.com and re-dyed it JET BLACK. If I knew how I would show you pix here. It looks AWESOME and I didn't have to spend 3 Grand for a new one . nice!

I've used Renovo products to renew cloth convertibles for years, good stuff!

I see both you and convertibletoprenew.com are both based in Kelowna, BC. Coincidence? You wouldn't be spammin' us with your first post, would you? /:)

Show some photos and detail the process.

With only one posting, no photos, and product mentions it looks like a duck.....

I don't mind if you "push" a product just back it up with documentation and allow us to critique it that is how you EARN the respect.

Cheers,
GREG
