I RECOLORED my convertible top

I visited the Chicago International Auto Show and saw demonstrations of some of the best detailing products made.

Save precious time with the Flitz polishing brush that you attach to your drill. Don't fight swirls...make them work for you!

Or try Liquid Luster, the polish that is not only "hard as nails" but is also scratch resistant and fireproof! It contains no harmful abrasives (only good ones?) even though it removes scratches, even those caused by vandals keying your car. Why do I know all this? Because the lady in the leopard skin shirt told me so.

Or finally, a tire shine that is so shiny I can see my reflection in it...literally. And it can last up to several months. They invite you to feel the tires which felt like greased pigs. Hmmm. Is that good?

I'm forming a group buy on these fine products next week. Get in line!

Dunno if this is accurate, but according to the post page:

So you can't link images in HTML or use the IMG tag either...

I got my pics (only one per post) to go up using the attachment feature - but I had to preview my post first, then it went up. Strange beast, that vBB, but I still love it..

When I walked up with the camera she had this look like" Oh, no, it's the Attorney General Office Investigator....again!"

The Tire Shine guy actually hid behind his display. You can just see part of him through the tire.

There is a sucker born every minute!

I used liquid luster years ago on my 78 Camaro. The stuff really shined nicely, at least compared to Meguiars or Mothers (Cleaner wax in both cases). I don't know about all those claims but it was not a bad product. As for her face I don't think Klasse would help, but maybe she could cover it with a MF towel.

LOL! Reminds me of this very shady sales job I somehow got roped into when I lived in Florida... :D Needless to say...that lasted one day.

I love to mess with the Liquid Lustere guys (or gals). I wait until they run the hose across the hood and say the water just sheets off when it rains and doesn't leave spots. I casually reach into the container holding the run off from the hood and flick water onto the hood. Never fails to bead up. Usually about half the people leave when they see that.

I've also volunteered to get some of my Meguiars stuff and do a head to head comparison, but they never seem to go for that.

Scottwax, good job, thats funny. Theese things just give detailing a cheap, anyone can do it with miracle products name. Kinda like the Seinfeld episode where Jerry goes to a hecklers office and heckles him at his job.

Yep, I re-dyed my Corvette top and it looks astonishing. What a Christmas present! I'm going to do my boat cover and Bimini over Christmas. Found the stuff at iLOVEtoSPAM.org.com.info.

Merry Christmas
