I need to scream!!

Too true Jim.

Forget that 360, 996 Turbo, Gallardo, Vanquish or Skyline. Just buy a Mercedes Sprinter. Quicker than anything this side of an F16 and impervious to assault by anything smaller than the Ark Royal.

Also has a dealer fit option of a cloaking device which enables it to pass speed cameras at twice the speed of sound.

Did you know that the Concorde's "machmeters" were sold to Mercedes for R&D purposes so they could be retro fitted into all Sprinter vans.

To any Sprinter-owning-Autopians - sorry, but hey, you know it's true, right.......?

:D :D :D :D :D :D

very good!!!

Ok here's the update........

Today while fast asleep in bed 12.00 (working nights) I heard the door bell go...dashed downstairs still asleep and opened door.....no body there......then I reaslised it was the back door bell......doh!!

And there was a man from Parcel Force with a huge white box for me :bounce After I'd signed for it I must have sat for 5 mins just staring at it, out of shock I guess.

With no sign of it being opened previously I then ripped it open myself like a kid at xmas :D The care and attention to packaging was the best I have ever seen. Every single product was shrink wrapped and sealed to prevent any possible leakage or contamination. DavidB :bow thank you :xyxthumbs

The post office has not phoned yet to offer any appology or explaination, and I don't expect they will either.

So I am now no longer Mr:angry but am very :D instead

I will admit that generally I am pleased with our postal service, it's just when things like this happen it makes you want scream at them. I just wonder If I hadn't called yesterday if I'd still be waiting....I'll never know that.

I can feel a song coming now.....'Oh happy days, oh happy days'.....errrrrr ok I'll shut up

Shiney car here I come.........well when it warms up again a bit

:bounce :bounce :bounce :bounce

Seriously, glad your sorted. Out of interest what goodies did you get?

Aye lad 2 bells ere

Goodies list........

Sonax Gloss Shampoo

P21S Paintwork Cleanser

Klasse AIO

Klasse SG

P21S Carnauba Wax

Sonus Acrylic Spritz

P21S Total Auto Wash

Handigrip applicators 4

It wasn't exactly a small order, hence my annoyance at it not turning up. But now it has :bounce :bounce :bounce :bounce

From experience it does take longer for international shipping through the postal service. Upwards of 4-6wks in some cases, having shipped to a friend in the UK.:nixweiss :shocked

Not forgetting the best shampoo in the UK from Iauto. Not wishing to restart the War of the Roses but why do you have two doorbells?

Glad the package of goodies turned up. I am told the weather should be OK this weekend so you could have a super shinny car by Sunday.

2 bells cos when am sat here at comp upstairs I can't hear people who knock on back door. Different rings for front and rear too, but when you hear 'a bell' when you're asleep you just go to front door first....its nearest. Just got some of the shampoo from Iauto too, as I wasn't sure when my other would arrive. It'll be good to compare them both. Oooo I can do a test....I washed one half in sonax and one half in Iauto's, can you tell the difference??? :lol

I found Alex's pdf list after I'd ordered from here, I'll be getting a couple of things off him soon......once I've made my mind up and I'll need them before I start the full works

It's supposed to be a nice weekend........but cold though......brrrrr, so I think it'll just be a wash for mine.......unless temptation gets the better of me ;)

That's a GREAT goodies list! I use all of those products and I know you will be well-pleased, especially with the P21s and the Sonax Gloss Shampoo!

Have fun and enjoy!!! :wavey

Day off yesterday so thought hurray - but hose froze solid so it was a chain bucket job & then to cap it all Megs cordless buffer died so that's straight back to Megs and PC on the way - should have done that weeks ago!

GF couldn't understand me stamping round the garden swearing at a hosepipe and the dog just looked at me like "humans, eh...?"
