I need help finding some good emplyees I need to find someone that is a hard worker. my friend goes threw those home depo guys left and right and i dont want to take that road i rather find someone long term. How much roughly should I pay them? What should I do to find these people ( i even speak a little spanish if it helps)

I recommend stay away from Craigslist advertising. You'll get everyone and their mom coming in. For a quality detailer, maybe try posting here in the California section.

very true however they want way to much. Its hard because I wear alot of hats and they do half the work so they feel like they should get half the money. so when i paid or get something nice they get jelous i fckin hate employees sometimes.
As far far as pay they only do basic detailing no buffing, no engine cleaning no paint correction. The dealerships start at 9. should I offer more after they are broken in?

What kind of employees? You want people to do the detailing, office work, sales, answering the phone....
If you want detailers, the other poster is correct, colleges are a good resource. You might even want to talk to the college directly and see if they have a job listing service or something. You could start out with someone as an intern and move them into a job later.
