Guys calls me up to see if I can do a group discount for 9 cars. Woo-hoo, I'm going to be busy next week.

How many people own these 9 cars? Are they all friends that got together to get a discount? Or is it just 1 person? I was just curious :)

So, how will you price? In my area it would total $1700-1800 at retail. I'm very interested in how you will structure the deal. A straight percentage off each car? How much?



What if only, say 5, cars actually show?



How many days will you devote to this, and will it 'interrupt' your normal flow?

Depending how bad they were I would prolly do all 9 cars over 3 days and charge about ~$900-$1000.



New cars are generally a joy and dont need half the compounding some battered old hack requires.



Look at the difference in someone face if you ask em for $110 or 200.



I bet if ya actually manage to get em to part with 200 bucks a car you would prolly never see em again.
 
$100 for the cars, $130 for the two SUV's

They aren't all one person's cars, I put a card in this guys A4 and he called his family and told his co-workers, so he basically referred 8 customers to me. I'm doing one tomorrow, one monday, one tuesday, 2 on wednesday/thursday/friday. The goofy schedule is because some are leaving town and various reasons.

I basically knocked off $25 bucks off of each vehicle.
 
hmmmmm...........50% off for his, 15% off for his buds.....Im sure he has more firends, and some of those are nice cars....Ya need to stay in touch with that guy, thats a GREAT job there....and rare !! I dont think I'd touch that for under $1500.00.
