Simple Green contains muratic acid! Use very carefully. Don't say you were not warned.

I could be wrong but don't think this is correct. In fact I believe SG is an alkaline not an acid.



"Alkaline aqueous solutions are water-based mixtures with pH greater than 8. Most alkaline cleaners range from pH 10 to 14. Simple Green is an aqueous-based cleaner with a pH of 9.3 to 9.5."



Bases too can "burn" but SG isn't an acid.

Has anyone read the precautions on the back of the Simple Green container?
