well i got my 2nd coat of ex-p and now the car is getting some POP. i cant wait for the 3rd and 3 coats of nattys.

anyways

i was looking through my 2004 accord brocure and NONE and i mean NONE of the pics in it look half as good as what i got sitting in the garage.

i am litterley shocked. Tommrow im going to drive by honda and park right next to a black accord like mine and see the difference with my own 2 eyeballs.

if only i could get the etching out of the paint this car would be perfect.

thanks steve for making such great products and for aaron at edge for the pads.

and if anyone wants to send me there digi camera so i can take pictures please lmk thanks :-P

ssr2.5 edge yellow at 5.5
ssr1 with edge blue at 5.5
exp x3 with edge white at 3
nattys comming next x3 by hand

you're gonna get your Honda looking very nice, way better than original especially 'cause it's black.

but

you're probably still going to have the Honda-installed, no added-cost optional orange peel.

It bugs me but no one else who comments on the car even notices it so I try to ignore it too.

all ive owned is honda so its always been there. does not bug me to much. the water etchings i have bug me a crap load more.

I am sure the car looks great and better than new. As to the orange peel, most cars have peel from the factory, unless you have an uber high-end vehicle. Peel comes from the painting process, and the car is usually buffed at the factory to reduce peel and remove other paint defects.

I had em too - so bad it was through the clear on my brand new TL-S I made Acura repaint it.

im actually writing a letter to the owner of the delear ship to see what can be done with the etching. id hate to repaint a new car but......... car looks GREAT but when its under street lights the etching is all over the top. you can see it in the sun light strange enough.
