I just had to share this with the pros on here

I was just browsing E-Bay for the heck of it, and ran across this listing:

E-Bay Link

I was just chuckling to myself, until I saw the "Learn how to turn this: into THIS: photos."

Now I may be mistaken, but to turn car A into car B would require a tad more than a detail since they're different vehicles :spit:

What a joke! :p

Not only are the cars different but the dirty car just has some dirty water thrown on it to make it look horrible. Drive through a carwash tunnel and it's all clean :LOLOL

I feel sorry for the noob buying that.

I love running across stuff like this though. I just have to wonder if anyone every actually PAYS for that junk.

I guess the guy figured "Hey, they're both the same color, or close to it, nobody will notice that they're different models, with different wheels and that I just threw a bucket of mud on the "before" picture after driving it up a mud-puddle of a dirt driveway :chuckle:

I think you made a typo, I think it should be spelled “E-pray.

My blood pressure hits the top when I hear this stuff. Because of the loop-holes created by this on-line auction service, the misinformed become the top of the food chain.

I do like that roll around seat and the silver bucket. :up

I've gotten quite a few good things from E-Bay though (mostly related to photography). The key is to pay attention to who you're buying from and know what you're buying before you start looking. Well that and NEVER buy anything that is an instructional item since they are usually just conglomerations of information available on line that someone burned to a CD and is selling copies of for some idiotic price. :)

Hahahaha WHAT? The two cars aren't even the same cars where it says "turn this... into this!"

.. What a joke.

Check out the picture of the guy working on the fender. Looks like he has his sponge sitting on the ground. Now thats a guy I want to learn from.

a detailing manual for creating a successful lawn care business-HMMM- bet you'd really have a successful business with that.

I knew the PC could accomplish a lot of things, but I didn't know it doubled as a weed whacker :)

LOL I was just about to post that but I was scrolling through to see if anyone else already did! :lol

Looks to me like that guy's rotary pad is touching the tire of that Thunderbird.

I see that they dressed the tires on that creeper/stool. :)

The dude is so good the price of his detail includes new wheels and he fabricates your rear doors to sliding doors! They need to make a reality TV Show on this guy!
