I have to add my review EX-P+

Luv-N-It

Although Steve indicated their was no need to post a review. However, upon using this "experimental" product, the results I had, as well as reading SilverLexus' post I had to confirm with him the following.

Steve can verify my initial thoughts because I emailed him personally my findings. Therefore, what I say is nothing I am borrowing-it is my unbiased findings. Steve, this was done before any reviews and instead of sending pics to you...here they are and feel free to borrow them for the future.

Yes, the batch was thick, however, I didn't mind it because I used some QD to keep my pad a little moistened so that is why I didn't care-seemed to make the product work better. The biggest difference, IMHO, I found is the "wet, depth, and gloss" I found and that is why I am posting because I am not the only one that found this out.

Here are my pics. I'm not a professional nor do I have any before's because I'm just showing what was acheived. The truck was beeming before, but more "depth, wet, and glossy" look afterwards. Keep in mind it is very overcast and I wish the sun was shining. Some pics were taken at a distance and some were closer. To get a good understanding what I'm talking about notice the reflection down the passenger side and see my car that is about 20-25 ft. away on a hazy day...

I hope its okay to add my view, but I would def support the Depth and Wetness factor. Gloss is a little hard to tell since I have low sunlight. Car looked good even after 3500+ Mile trip.

Absolutley and I'm glad you did. I didn't want to post anything unitl I had the chance to drive in the Ohio winter with the snow, slush, and salt grime routine. However, I just wanted to confirm my thoughts with others because I "wondered" if I was the only one finding this

Woob you're back...but you didn't stop by on the way:angry:lol
I was looking forward to meeting mom and dad woob:rofl

Lee noticed a huge difference in slickness on the areas that had EX-P versus EX-P+. I used the EX-P+ from the crease line on the fenders & doors up. We really couldn't photograph it, but you could see a difference in the amount of POP from the sun hitting the flakes. I'lve got a few chips to take care of and wanted to get them taken care of before throwing the EX-P+ onto those areas. I am a hobbyist like yourself and was very happy with the results I achieved.

Your truck looks great BTW...Woob where are your pics?

mtodde,

Haha When I get a digital camera better than 1.3 Megapixels you will see the car in good fashion. I don't think you wanna see an Xi with 3500+ crud and residue. Right now I'm thinking of what else to put on the car :D

It would be kinda cool if someone with a sample could do half a hood with EX-P and the other half with the new EX-P+. If anyone does this, don't forget to post photos ;)

That would be cool and hopefully easier to see the differences in pics than the way I did it above the crease down the sides. I tried some more pics today to show the difference but the sun was too bright so I'll try again this weekend. A point & shoot camera is not ideal for shooting in the sun. I'll see if SilverLexus can come over with his SLR.

You can see a difference in gloss, wetness & depth...plus it brings out the flake even more.
