So apprently eshine is now selling yellow clay, yup the old stuff that was awsome that cannot be bought in the us anymore

So i e-mailed chris and appenrlty it is like the old poli-clay before the patent thing

Bad news is that it cannot be shipped outside of canada sorry guys. Please dont e-mail chris, no point in flooding his e-mail with questions that are already awnsered

so those in the great white north its avaibale, and those to the south.. maybe find someone up here....

hope this helps someone

p.s i have no affilation with eshine.ca

in the past yellow clay was comming. Then there was the whole legal thing

many people liked yellow clay becasue it worked really well like other clays but it had more strech. It dosent crumble like ths tuff out now. It seamed to last longer.

best of all if you used it with soap and water it would not crumble and die faster.

all and all its just a nice clay to play with

As a fellow Canuck..thanks a bunch for passing this along!!

Interesting...do a lot of the clays out there actually "crumble"? I've been using the Zaino clays and it seems to stretch to a certain extent. And I've sure never seen it crumble.

megs clay also crubles... how old is the zaino clay you are using? if it is a few years old it would be the old yellow stuff.... if it is grey it is the new stuff

Mother's clay is yellow and it doesn't crumble... might want to check that.

yeah my mothers clay is also yellow and hasnt crumbled. I got it like a couple years ago though. I'll buy another kit tomorrow and report back.

^ never had a problem with that either but i always keep it super lubed.

mothers clay is yellow, and it seams like good clay but they are bound to the same patent laws, so its not as good as the other yellow sutff... i have been searching for almost a year to get it

im close enough to canada that Id be willing to hook up with a canuck who can order this stuff, I could pick it up and come back to the us and ship ship ship, unless that's illegal in some unknown way.

Actually Chris's deal is much better than the one in Canmore because the other one costs a bit more, and you get slightly less clay.

Of coarse I would love to sell as much as possible but I have attached this warning to the description of our Clay,

"USA Customers: Due to Patent laws in the USA this product can not be shipped to the USA. If you purchase this product the order will be cancelled and refunded automatically. If you have a Canadian address and the intent is not to redistribute back into the USA the product CAN be shipped and used at your Canadian address."

All we can do is,

A. Not ship into the USA

B. Provide the warning (More on this)

If you purchase and bring the Clay into the USA with intent to sell or distribute you may be opening up to a lawsuit, not from eShine or the manufacturer of the clay but from Automagic (The Patent Holder). Make no mistake Automagic has made examples of many companies and has not lost a Patent lawsuit to this date.

I am only trying to help YOU. This information REDUCES my potential sales but I would much rather have a thinner wallet than to see a customer sitting in a courtroom!

All I need is a guy sitting in his cell waiting for his release date chanting "KILL eShine, KILL eShine, Kill Riccardo too!" LOL

Jesus so many lawsuits. Last time I buy clay magic. Would any autoparts type store up in British columbia have this Yellow clay? I'm planning my next vacation lol.

hi everyone, i just used the pinnacle poly clay today and towards the end it was crumbling, a few rubs and bits started to fall off :(................not good

automagic and clearkote's clay crumbles.....

If your Auto Magic clay crumbles, you're doing something very wrong. I've bought 1000's of bars since the early 90's and have NEVER seen this.
