I could use a hand please-#7 and S100 or VM, 7 and S100

This past weekend I applied VM and S100 to the hood and trunk of my car (2001 Intrepid R/T Bright Silver metallic paint). The hood and trunk looked good but I want better so I picked up some #7.



The question is do I use VM first, #7 and S100 or do #7, VM and S100.

I would use VM, #7, then S100. If you used the #7 first, the cleaners in VM would take off #7.

What iceman said. I used a very similar combo (VM, Hand Polish, S100) on my Accord and it turned out real nice.
