So yeah... I own a dark grey g35 and in braod daylight there are NO visable swirls (even looking from less than a foot). under a street lamp however I can see some swirling. Is the normal? I bought some poli-seal to apply by hand thinking it should be enough because (I thought) I had no swirling.

I don't have a camera good enough to get the "night swirls".

think poli-seal applyed by hand will be enough or is it a problem that can't be answered without pics?

Thanks in advance for any advise you can give.

yup i have the same porblem it is the halogens they show EVERYTHING. I have the same lights at my work and see swirling also. I polished my silver mdx with 106ff to remove them.

Poli seal will nto be enough by hand imo

Same here, but I've never polished my car. At a very certain angle and in JUST the right type of streelight, I can very spread-apart spiderwebs on my rear hatch lid :(

Well. damn. I already spent $150 on everything up to this point so I think I'll just use the poliseal every 3 months and then when I'm done with the bottle decide to make the jump to PC if I'm not happy.

thanks guys.

Poli-seal is more of a correction polish than a protective wax. Which purpose are you using it for? If you plan on using it for correction, doing it by hand will not yield noticeable results.

Poli-Seal will correct better via PC. If you use it by hand, don't just wipe it on like a wax but work it into the finish for better results.

Dont mean to hijack the thread but has anyone used RMG following Poliseal?? I have some very light swirling and what I am unable to remove with Poli I was thinking about filling with RMG then using Nattys blue as LSP. Plus I think the RMG really helps add wetness to my black acura paint.
