If you want to print them out as photo quality, you need to take the photo in high resolution and crop them down in photoshop. I'm very surprised Scottwax hasnt commented on this topic as hes a bit of a photgrapher. Heres one I took with my Pentax and fiddled with in photoshop: Heres one that was taken in 1024 x 800 , cropped and resized: Like most things ... its not the tools you have, its technique! With photography, an eye for creativity helps. I also have a Nikon F80 that I love to bits and will be attempting some firework photos tonight!
