I am not a happy camper!

For some reason there is water building up in one of my side markers on my car. So I unhooked it from the side and let it hang so that air could get into the back. Well this morning I drove to work without putting it back in! grrrrr:mad: I hate when I do stupid stuff like that. I had the hood and trunk open and had to close that and put the drivers side floor matt in (I figured I'd neglect the passenger side one till later because I was in a hurry, figures I would have seen it if I just would have done that one thing)

Oh well, now I have some slight scratching to fix

Sorry but I am laughing......I feel your paint but these type of things make me laugh even when I do them.

I love when I see some ladies dress dragging from her car when she drives in the rain too.

Sorry Steve but I can't help but laugh....:D

YoSteve -

Since we're making confessions here...I've got one.

Time: My first thorough wash and Klasse application.

I was drying the car with my Absorber (now replacd with the BBT) and pulled the wipers up and away from the windshield so that they can stay up on their own. I dry all over and think I am fininshed. Now, since the car is new, i haven't learned all the hiding places for water yet (like under the hood and rolling out over the grill)...I go and lift the hood...klunk...I try again (I'm REALLY stupid now)...klunk...

:shocked HOLY SH*T WHAT DID I DO ??????????????

Fortunately the marring from the black paint of the wiper arm to the white paint on the edge hood is barely noticeable, but...

I am now MUCH more careful and systematic.

Another lesson learned. The other lesson learned? Practice on the wife's car first !!

I left both my headlight bulbs dangling under my hood once. I was changing the bulbs and forgot to put them back in the housing. I was thinking, damn! These bulbs suck. But then I noticed that the ground under my car was brightly illuminated. I felt like a dork. Actually, I would have felt like less of a dork if it wasn't my buddy that was with me and he made fun of me for like an hour.

I opened the back door of the wife's minivan inside the garage and failed to notice the screws that hold the "handle" at the bottom of the door... Doh!

The chips are not that noticeable in gray

:doh
