I am looking for two quality people for my new Premium Detail Express division.

Garry Dean

Garry Dean Quality!
You must be friendly, hard working, well spoken, and have reliable transportation with a valid FL drivers license. You must also have a professional appearance, have good work ethic, be a self starter, and able to work alone and with others.

Efficient time management skills are required.

Applicants must be available weekends. Position is a full-time, 5 day work week. Must be an early riser!!!!

Please email me your resume, references, and please include a little about yourself.

This job has potential for management position.

Good luck with this Garry. It can be a challenge finding good people. You might also want to try a listing on Craig's List too.

Yeah, all the good people are self employed.

I would sumbit my resume, however--following is why not.

1. too old.

2. do not play well with others

3. refuse to arise before the cat complains a whole lot

4. do not have Florida license, lucky to have the one I have in Iowa

5. consider "work ethic" as something I learned years ago, is only available from my perspective on special days or events that I consider to be so.

6. personal apperance would mean at my age it would require that I stop "wetting" myself every once in a while and find my shaver, etc.(does that also mean "regular bathing?)

7. available weekends, of course, if you can find the pub I am at, I may come to work, but only if you grab hold and hang on for more than a few minutes, and then it is still a "who knows" situation.

8. have "management potential", already done that one, and it's no longer fun, so can I just be a greeter and meeter, promise to watch my lanquage with the older folks. (with the younger ones, they expect me to a dirty old man.

How's that Garry?

Am I on the "short list"?

LOL!

Grumpy

Good luck, Garry! I hope you're able to find two trainable individuals with customer service skills to serve as brand ambassadors for your new venture!

Good luck Gary. Posting here is not a bad idea. At least you know someone is taking the effort to learn more about the trade.

I've talked to a few "prospects" by calling on a few flyers posted. I was surprised how quickly they were interested in full time work. Just a thought.

By posting flyers I already knew they were willing to put out an effort.
