Today I completed the paint correction. I will finish the wheels and trim next weekend.....thought I would share some pics.



How is this for shine on a black vehicle....

Using my buffer I put on a final second coat of wolfgang sealant and one coat of pinnacle soveran wax, buffed to damn near a mirror.......



Here she is with the last coat of sealant

Next weekend I will complete the detail with another coat of Soveran and clean and detail all the trim and wheels....
 
Outstanding job. It broke my heart to see that tree sap. One good thing is that the sap will clean off easily with car being freshly cleaned and sealed.
 
That's sick!!!. The shot of the hood is insane!! Very nice work. I'm getting ready to do my black expedition.Hope to get the same results. What type of buffer do you use, pc or rotary?
 
JW I used my new flex......Mezerna final polish and a whiite pad after claying. Then wolfgang sealant 2 coats and one coat of Soveran....it smells nice too.
 
Great job Ray! It's nice to see you using the Flex for more than mixing margaritas, etc. How many Heinekens does one need to attain a shine like that?
 
Great job1:bow. You really got this detailing thing down pretty quick. That reflection is insane. Bet you are loving that Flex + Menzerna combo.
 
Seriously nothing makes me happier than seeing a DIY kick *** like you did. Great job man, thats seriously awesome!
