I am a bit confused....foam Cannon

Foam gun goes on the end of the hose like a garden sprayer. Make nice, sudsy foam.

Foam cannon and lance are the same thing and connect to a pressure washer. Makes much thicker foam.

Foam Guns and Foam Cannons do the same basic thing. They blanket your car in frothy suds, to help penetrate and loosen dirt. They make your pre-rinse more effective and reduce the chance of swirl marks during your car wash....

Foam Guns are designed for use with a standard garden hose. They product a sudsy soap that will run a little off the surface.

Foam Cannons work with pressure washers and create a thicker, more clingy (think shaving cream like) foam.

A lance is the wand section of a pressure washer. You replace the lance with the foam cannon, although in the UK it is common to call a foam cannon a lance.
 
Go on Amazon, I found the same Lance made by Wolfgang for, like $70. Same exact product but with the original manufacturer info on it instead.

Autopia and Autogeek sell the ORIGINAL Foam Cannon, the one that is imported from Italy.

There are a lot of Chinese knockoffs that sell for less, and the saying "you get what you pay for" applies here more than anything else. ;)
