If you do not have a carpet extractor, I would suggest a foaming type cleaner. Stoner's makes a foam cleaner for cloth and upholstery. These new low nap synthetic fabrics absorb liquid quickly and can take forever to dry if the moisture is not removed.

I do own an extractor, a steamer, and I also do have some of the foaming type cleaners.



For these new type fabrics, which do you recommend and why?



Keep in mind the owner says the seats are severely stained. I'm not sure a foaming type cleaner will get them out, but I don't want to leave watermarks either.



I'm OK with no spot cleaning and doing the entire seat if that's the best course.
