I think they should have honoured the orders that were made...I mean when bestbuy or wallamrt make mistakes at least the honour the ones that were ordered before they realized or they give you a gift card for credit for their mistake.
 
That really sucks. I have no use to try a product if the company wont stand behind their mistakes. Its not about getting something for nothing, it's about getting people to try a new product that has not been proven yet.

I agree, Iwould of been happy even for the smaller bottle, I really wanted to try it out and when the promo was out I was pretty happy. Now idk....oh well....

I feel the same way. And the fact that most buyers purchased something else along POXY should have made there loss a little less. With this there would be good response with buyers spreading the word making more people try it, and im sure some would be loyal and keep buying POXY.
 
I don't know why they would refund the money and still not fix the coupon code.



I tried doing it and it said minimum $80.00 purchase required so I added a second bottle of POXY. I entered the code and it applied 100% savings lol. so two bottle for free.



To good to be true I wouldn't mind giving it a shot myself.

I figured it was a mistake and that's why I ordered $40+ worth of other products to keep my order the way it was intended to be.

I don't see why you would whine if you got a refund. Usually stuff that is too good to be true normally is. If you refuse to try HD because of a loophole in a promotion then shame on you.

[I]PRES OF HD HONORS- CANCELED ORDERS. Due to people who tried to abuse our good intent the IT Dept had to cancel all orders, to stop the glitch. We called the president of HD & we will be honoring one free bottle that was already placed with the paid shipping. Canceled will be honored limited to one bottle as the ad was ...meant. Sorry for the inconvenience. PLS expect an email for if order canceled.[/I]
 
Well I have to agree that this is fair :) I didint realize some people went as far as ordering hundreds of bottles!!
 
people like that who abuse a good thing, is why we dont get many offers like this in the first place.







I saw this post too late, and couldnt order at work....i would like to try this as well.
 
100 free bottles..... I agree that is a bit ridiculous. But excellent on you for honoring those that at least wanted to try 1 bottle out. I appreciate the effort, and will look at trying out more products as well. I will always stand behind a company that stands behind their customers. :xyxthumbs
 
Yeah, the people that were ordering 100's of free bottles should not even get one bottle free. The people here that were ordering one bottle, were just taking advantage of one cool *** promo.



Thanks to the Pres of HD. I will be ordering more knowing the response of the company and how they handled the situation.
