Does anyone have any info on the above site. I was recently referred to this site to purchase some "Platinum" products (Four Star). They took my money Jan 28th, 04, and I havent received any product yet. Email keeps getting returned to me...."Unable to send".....

Is it "www.tacscar.com" or "www.tascar.com"? I seem to remember that name (tascar.com) from www.detailcity.com. Someone by that name or similar frequents that board.

Issue resolved folks....I filed a claim with PayPal, Tacscar refunded the $ quickly (Although a resonse two weeks ago would have been favorable). The site has been sold due to subpar business practices.......The did apologise as well......

That is a shock. Are you sure WannaSRT-10 about the "subpar business practices". I have bought products from Tim in the past and always received great cutsomer service.

Well i placed an order at the Tacscar site, on the 28th of Jan. I never heard anything from them until I filed a claim with PayPal, and the respondant to my calim, from the site was..."We apologize, we have sold the website and unfortunately, his business

practice is below standards. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

I agree. It was always a pleasure doing business with Tim. Wasn't he the first to provide Klasse to our Canadian Autopians way back when CMA wouldn't ship to Canada?
