Howdy y'all !!!!
Well I'm here to introduce myself to this board which I recently found after leaving that other site that sounds like utopia and is anything but. Mods were jerks and a bit power hungry if you ask me so I found DC and made the move.
I suppose you can say I used to detail as a pro back in 1988-1990 as a way to make some extra cash while in college. I left the scene after graduation and have recently got back into it as of 2004 when I took a class at a local detail supplier shop, and I now that I have the type of cars I like to keep detailed :rofl.
I can say there has been a load of changes in detailing since I last did it and these boards have helped to get upto speed on all the goings on in the detail world. Not to mention the big $$$ I've dropped just to try out the latest and greatest products I read about on these boards. Now I only detail my cars and those of close friends & family (but never as good as I detail my own lol). To steal a quote from someone else 'DETAILING IS MY GOLF."
