How to treat Ostrich?

My boyfriend has a show truck that has Ostrich and Leather interior. We have not figured out how to treat or clean the Ostrich. Some things we've tried just darken the Ostrich and we can't afford to do that. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Treat it nice... I heard they kick pretty hard! :D



Sorry... not sure how I'd treat it. i think it could benefit from regular leather "hide food" and protectant.
