How to remove sealant / silicon for head light?

I am restoring my headlights and I successfully removes the lens from the headlight shell. However, I don't know how to remove those sealant / silicon that adhered between the lens and shells.



Anyone have experiences with these? As long as I remove all the sealant, I will reapply the silicon.
