How to maintain and clean aftermarket cloth seats?

Hey all,

I don't post much here but I know this forum has the most knowledgeable people when it comes to keeping a car clean :2thumbs:

I have aftermarket (red) cloth seats in my car. Red wasn't my first pick but I got a good deal o them ^^. I daily drive the car and also track it a lot. I mount/dismount wheels at the track so my pants don't always stay very clean so my seats can get a little dirty.

So what would you guys recommend to keep them clean? I have a couple of dark spots on them, probably from rubbing a tire on my pants and then my pants on the seats. I want something that's strong enough to remove this stuff yet mild enough to not pull the red dye.

Thanks in advance for your help. I'm really trying to keep those seats in as new condition!

Mix 1 part Woolite with 10 parts water in a spray bottle. Spray it onto a microfiber towel and lift off the dirt. Works great for leather, cloth, vinyl, headliners, anything in an interior.

Kaiv- Some seat manufacturers sell covers that'll fit really well. I plan to get those if I put Corbeau seats in my current project.

Put a towel or something down while at the track ;)

Some tracks won't let you do that for safety reasons.
