Being outgoing and having a business card on hand has taken us to the top, and quickly. Just start talking to people. it will get you places.

Show up at events that cater to the type of client you want and mingle with them. Your best bet is to get on some sort of personal level with them. If they remember talking to you they're more likely to call you.
