How to get out cat ... well you know, the male contribution

An old car with cat spray all inside it. We did a full clean with shampoo and an enzyme treatment (plus one from a vet), and it is still there.
We don't have access to an ozone generator.
Any ideas?

Man, we've had a rash of animals inside of cars recently!
My kids (dog and cat) go for rides often, I hope they don't get any ideas.

If the enzyme stuff doesn't work, yuck.

Never had to deal with that particular problem but Nature's Miracle worked on our dogs' stains and odors.We got the bottle(white with red lettering if I remember correctly) at PetSmart. I would think any major petstore chain will have this.
