How to clean rubber moulding

I have F350 Crew Cab. There is alot of rubber moulding on the exterior. I am talking about the rubber that seals the windshield, side windows and back window. Whenever I wash the truck the rubber streaks out alot of black. I have seen talk on here about lots of dressings to use on rubber etc. But what should be used to clean the rubber so that it doesnt streak or shed the black? What procedure should be used to clean it? Brush, etc?

Ho often does this cleaning need to be done? Is it even ossible get it to stop streaking, or is it simply something you have to deal with?

Thanks

I've cleaned harder rubber with Klasse AIO or Werkstat Prime. Softer rubber is easier to scratch, so test a hidden spot first. Applicator can be a sponge, towel, whatever. I don't apply dressings to rubber like that because they usually just run on the paint.

If i can recall correctly, I've cleaned similar surfaces w/ a mixture of ONR QD and IPA (my glass cleaner) after washing/scrubbed with car soap. I've coated similar exterior surfaces w/ OCW. Never tried a true exterior trim dressing...
