How to clean Honda wheel covers (?)

What should be used to clean these plastic wheel covers? I am at a loss. Thanks.

If you want to take it even further, remove the covers, clean as instructed above, clean the wheel itself and dress it, install the cleaned covers. :up

Would the wheel cleaners damage the covers? Aren't these painted?

Regular wheels are painted also, Trick is to use car wash, if thatsd too mild, a wheel cleaner thats safe for clear coated wheels

You mean like this one? I just use car wash and soap, and use #20 on the wheels. Btw, ignore the tires, they weren't getting dressed with 303 yet !!!!!
