How should I tackle rotary tracks?

I'm not sure what it's called. The dealer suprised me by waxing my car :nono while I was doing paperwork. Anyways, they apparently used a rotary and left a nice trail of swirl marks. (halo swirls?)

I have in my garage Poorboys wash, SSR 2.5, 1, EX, EX-P, Nattys, and a PC with a few different pads. How should I go about fixing this? Think 2.5 is too much? It's BMW paint if that makes a difference. Also, think I should go ahead and clay it? It's a black car, so I am scared to make things worse.

Yeah, if SSR1 doesn't do anything (probably won't), then try 2.5 on a polishing pad as well, and top that with 1 if it seems to work.
